Job summary

Carlisle Support Services is seeking enthusiastic relief security officers to cover holidays and sickness across Coventry and surrounding areas. Full training is provided, with shifts from early morning to late evening and potentially midnight finishes.

You’ll work with major clients and enjoy progression opportunities within a growing services group. We offer a competitive hourly rate, pension access after a qualifying period, health plans, and funded SIA training, along with career development

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the UK.
• SIA Guarding or Door Supervision licence required or in process.
• 5 years of checkable work and address history.
• Reliable, punctual, flexible and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide a visible security presence and deterrence.
• Ensure colleague safety and assist customers as needed.
• Control access and egress; conduct security patrols.
• Manage incidents with professional conduct and clear communications.
• Engage with the public in a friendly and proactive manner.
• Follow safety and security processes and procedures.
