Job summary

Thera Trust is seeking a Relief Support Worker on a 0-hour contract to support adults with a learning disability and/or autism in our services. You’ll receive full training, ongoing support and opportunities to gain valuable experience in social care while making a real difference each day.

No two shifts are the same, offering varied duties from daily living support to community activities, with a focus on independence and personal goals.

• Support adults with learning disabilities and/or autism to live independently.
