Job summary

Thera Trust in Rishton, Lancashire, is seeking a Female Relief Support Worker to join our team on a relief basis, with a competitive salary of £13.00 per hour. • Comfortable with lone working & supporting individuals with Mental Health Needs.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with learning disabilities with daily living and personal care.
• Help people plan and manage their homes, and support leisure and travel.
• Provide emotional support and assist with community activities.
• Promote independence and person‑centred outcomes for each individual.
