Job summary

Together for Mental Wellbeing in Sudbury is hiring Relief Mental Health Support Workers to complement our accommodation service at Lucas Road. These zero-hour contracts offer flexible shifts, including early, late and sleep-ins, with enhanced pay for sleep-in shifts.

The role focuses on supporting people to maintain tenancies, improve wellbeing and connection with the community. A DBS check and satisfactory references are required; sponsorship is not available for non-UK nationals.

Qualifications

• Attitude and commitment valued over formal qualifications.
• DBS check required prior to employment.
• Must be able to travel to Lucas Road, Sudbury.
• Experience in mental health support desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support tenants to maintain tenancies and independence.
• Work flexibly across early, late and sleep-in shifts.
• Complete service user records and reports in English.
• Follow policies on confidentiality and GDPR.
