Job summary

Together for Mental Wellbeing is seeking relief Mental Health Support Workers to support our accommodation service at Lucas Road, Sudbury. The role offers a zero-hours contract with an hourly rate of £12.76, with flexible shifts across 24-hour services, including early, late and sleep-in shifts.

Successful candidates will help tenants maintain tenancies, improve wellbeing and independence, and build meaningful connections in the local community.

Qualifications

• Attitude, compassion and commitment to working alongside people are valued.
• Desire to support tenants to maintain tenancies, improve wellbeing and independence.
• DBS check and satisfactory references required; sponsorship for non-UK nationals is not available.
