Job summary

Green Bridge Community Housing in Sheffield is recruiting Mental Health Recovery Workers on Part-Time Flexible or Zero-Hours contracts. Roles involve supporting adults with complex mental health needs across 24/7 services, with flexible shifts and travel between locations.

Full training, Enhanced DBS paid for, and mileage/reimbursement are provided. Applicants should be compassionate, reliable and motivated, with a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work a flexible rota including early shifts, days, late shifts, nights, sleep-ins and weekends.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle are essential.
• Able to travel between location sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical support, guidance and encouragement to promote health, wellbeing and recovery.
• Develop, review and update support plans and risk assessments.
• Support service users to build independent living skills.
• Accompany service users to appointments, meetings and community activities.
• Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation.
• Liaise with colleagues and external agencies for coordinated support.
