McCarthy & Stone is recruiting a Relief Care Supervisor for Hilltree Court in Glasgow. You will oversee resident wellbeing, safety, and daily activities while coordinating engaging programs in a supportive community.

The role offers flexible day and night shifts with weekend premiums. A Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification is preferred, and sponsorship is not available. You’ll help residents live independently with compassionate leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior care settings.
• Friendly, organised, and committed to helping older adults thrive.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; management experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, wellbeing, and daily activities of residents.
