McCarthy & Stone are recruiting a Relief Care Assistant for Thomas Court, Pen-y-lan, Cardiff. The role covers the on-site care, housekeeping, and resident support in a Retirement Living Plus development.

You will help residents with daily activities, transport, appointments, and participation in wellbeing activities, ensuring a warm, patient-centred approach. QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred, with candidates considered if otherwise qualified and experienced.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or support environment.
• Commitment to wellbeing of older people.
• Willing to work varied shifts and weekends as required.
