McCarthy & Stone are recruiting a Relief Care Assistant to join Thomas Court in Pen-y-lan, Cardiff. You will provide high-quality care to residents, deliver housekeeping and support activities, and help residents access appointments and transport.

The role requires warmth, teamwork and a commitment to excellent service. A QCF Health & Social Care Level 2 is preferred; sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Warm, friendly individual with ideally some experience of working in a care or support environment.
• Passion for improving wellbeing and happiness of older people; enjoy working in a busy team.
• Driven to deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide highest quality individual care to residents; housekeeping and domestic support.
