We’re looking for a dedicated individual with senior care experience and a minimum Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification (or equivalent). You should be friendly, organised, and committed to helping older adults thrive. Strong communication skills and teamwork will be vital in this role, where you’ll set a high standard of care. Management experience of a team is an advantage.
