Job summary

Credera is looking for a Recruitment Support professional to join our Newcastle-based People team in a flexible hybrid role. The position focuses on coordinating interviews, preparing candidate packs, and supporting recruitment projects end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.

You will help with screening, ATS maintenance, candidate sourcing, and posting engaging job descriptions, while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Organised, proactive and detail oriented.
• Some experience in technology or professional services recruitment.
• Comfortable using MS Office and Workday.

Responsibilities

• Assist with interview scheduling and candidate packs.
• Help organise assessment centres and recruitment events.
• Provide general administrative support for recruitment projects.
• Maintain the ATS and recruitment records.
• Source and reach out to candidates via LinkedIn and other channels.
• Conduct candidate screenings and provide summaries for hiring managers.
• Assist with advertising roles and posting engaging job descriptions.
• Be a friendly ambassador for Credera throughout the process.
