WithYou is recruiting a Recovery Worker for West Dunbartonshire to support people in their recovery journey. The role involves delivering compassionate, person-centred care and working with partners to ensure accessible services across local communities.

The successful candidate will have experience in health or social care, demonstrate strong communication and time-management skills, and be willing to work a rota that includes Saturdays. Salary starts at £26,250 and rises with progression.

Qualifications

• SVQ Level 3 in Social Services & Health Care is desirable.
• Registered with the SSSC or meet registration requirements.
• Experience in health, social care or related setting.
• Experience delivering group work in outreach/community settings.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Able to be flexible with working hours; support other With You locations when needed.
