Millennium Hotels UK at The Copthorne Hotel Slough Windsor is seeking a Casual Receptionist to warmly welcome guests, register and check them out, and handle enquiries while maintaining records. The role requires confidence with Opera Cloud/Opera, strong communication, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• Experience with Opera Cloud/Opera preferred.
• Confidence in guest interactions and strong communication.
• Large-scale hotel experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Register guests in and out accurately, maintain records for audit.
• Respond to guest enquiries and communicate with colleagues.
• Assist Shift Leader with tasks like checking market codes and nationality.
• Provide excellent customer service with a courteous reception team.
• Know hotel policies and apply knowledge to guest needs.
• Process non-arrival reservations and manage door key system.
