Job summary

Serve Legal are recruiting auditors to collect observational data from pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues within a designated area. Visits are anonymous and observational only, with reports submitted through our online system.

This is a part-time, flexible role which fits around other work, education, family commitments or retirement. You will visit multiple venues, recording a small number of observations per project, and you will have support from Area Managers to guide you.

Qualifications

• Must have full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Smartphone with internet access.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Able to communicate by email and phone when required.
• Reliable and able to meet agreed deadlines.
• Comfortable visiting pubs and bars alone for short periods.
• No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Visit pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues within a specified area.
• Completing visits during an allocated time window.
• Making simple observations based on the project requirements.
• Recording findings through our online reporting system.
• Providing basic evidence of attendance where required.
• Routes are typically made up of several venues located within the same area.
