Job summary

Serve Legal is recruiting part-time auditors to collect observational data from pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues across the UK on behalf of a leading media research client.

You will visit venues within a designated area, complete a small number of observations, and report back using our online system. Visits are anonymous and observational only, with no staff interaction required.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Smartphone with internet access.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Able to communicate by email and phone when required.
• Reliable and able to meet agreed deadlines.
• Comfortable visiting pubs and bars alone for short periods.
• No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Visit pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues within a designated area.
• Complete visits during allocated time windows.
• Make simple observations based on project requirements.
• Record findings through the online reporting system.
• Provide basic evidence of attendance where required.
• Routes typically include several venues in the same area; auditors visit as many as possible within the window.
