Job summary

Serve Legal is recruiting auditors to collect observations from pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues across the UK. You will visit venues within a designated area, perform a small number of observations, and report back via our online system.

Visits are anonymous and observational only, with no interaction with staff required. This is a part-time, flexible role designed to fit around other work or commitments.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Smartphone with internet access.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Able to communicate by email and phone as needed.
• Reliable and able to meet deadlines.
• No previous experience required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Visit pubs, bars, clubs and hospitality venues within a designated area.
• Complete visits within allocated time windows.
• Make simple observations as per project requirements.
• Record findings through our online reporting system.
• Provide basic evidence of attendance when required.
• Routes may include several venues in the same locality; more visits are encouraged within time window.
