Job summary

Serve Legal is recruiting auditors to collect observational data from pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues across the UK. You will visit a designated area, perform a small number of observations, and report findings through our online system. Visits are anonymous and observational, with no interaction required with staff.

This part-time, flexible role fits around other commitments. Opportunities are allocated by location and availability, with pay per completed visit and potential travel

Qualifications

• Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication via email and phone.
• Reliable with ability to meet deadlines.
• Own a smartphone with internet access.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Comfortable visiting pubs/bars alone for short periods.

Responsibilities

• Visiting pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues within a specified area.
• Completing visits during allocated time windows.
• Making simple observations based on project requirements.
• Recording findings through the online reporting system.
• Providing basic evidence of attendance where required.
• Routes may include multiple venues in the same area; aim to visit as many as possible within the window.
