Northam Care Trust is seeking Flexible Project Workers to lead activities for people with learning and physical disabilities. If you enjoy music, drama, cooking or horticulture, this is a chance to develop a career in social care while delivering meaningful support.

Roles are available as full-time or part-time with an hourly starting rate of £12.91, rising to £13.23 after a six-month probation. You will need a full UK driving licence, be over 21, and be willing to drive minibuses and swim with

Qualifications

• Must be over 21 years old with a full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to drive minibuses (after competence assessment).
• Willingness to swim with clients and to work 2 Saturdays per month.

Responsibilities

• Lead activities for people with learning and physical disabilities.
• Incorporate skills in music, drama, cooking, horticulture to support client development.
