Choice Care in Lincoln is seeking a Social Care Worker to provide personal care and support to individuals on a rota basis, including weekends. You will receive full in-house training and a clear career path from day one, with ongoing mentoring to develop skills in care delivery.

This service is provided by Witham Valley Care, our sister company in Lincoln. This residential service provides 24 hour care for 6 adults with a learning disability and/or autism and challenging behaviours. The home is situated in a fully converted and updated farmhouse. Village Farm has six individual en-suite bedrooms as well as communal space including a lounge, dining room and games room/ second lounge. The home has a family feel with the individuals living here encouraged to participate in the day-to-day running of their home.
