Northam Care Trust is seeking Flexible Project Workers to lead activities for people with learning and physical disabilities. If you enjoy music, drama, cooking or horticulture, this is a chance to develop a career in social care while delivering meaningful support.

Roles are available as full-time or part-time with an hourly starting rate of £12.91, rising to £13.23 after a six-month probation. You will need a full UK driving licence, be over 21, and be willing to drive minibuses and swim with

£12.91 per hour initial starting rate (rising to £13.23 ph after a succesful 6 month probationary period)

Summary of Role

We are looking for Flexible Project Workers to lead on a number of activities for the people we support with learning and physical disabilities. If you have skills and interests in music, drama, cooking, horticulture, helping people to develop more independence and you are keen to develop a career in social care then contact us!

Requirements

You will need to be over 21 years of age with a full UK driving licence and a willingness to drive our minibuses (once assessed as competent). A willingness to swim with our clients is also essential. You will also be required to work 2 Saturdays per month.
