Job summary
Northam Care Trust is seeking a Senior Project Worker to lead on individualised support across Rose Hill and community settings. The role focuses on promoting independence and collaborative decision-making with service users and Flexible Project Workers.
You will work within 24/7 service development, supervise staff, and ensure records and medication management comply with policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience in social care or health settings is desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Good IT skills and numerical ability are required.
- Demonstrated willingness to undertake required training.
Responsibilities
- Lead on promoting individuality, rights, choices, and independence.
- Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed and staff comply.
- Develop and implement person-centred planning and risk assessments.
- Coordinate day-to-day support, including activities in RH and communities.
- Plan activities with Community Projects Manager and support medical appointments.
