Job summary

Spire Healthcare is recruiting for Bank Private Patient Sales Advisors at the Seaham Patient Support Centre. This zero-hours bank role provides flexible, ad-hoc shifts to cover demand, including busy periods, annual leave and sickness absence.

• Manage self-pay patient enquiries via telephone, email and online platforms.
• Handle enquiries from initial contact through to appointment booking.
• Convert warm leads into appointments and sales to meet KPI targets.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service in line with private healthcare expectations.
