The role is based in Seaham with shifts scheduled within operating hours; full training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in call centres or customer service environments.
• Experience in hospital or healthcare settings preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Manage self-pay patient enquiries via telephone, email and online platforms.
• Handle enquiries from initial contact through to appointment booking.
• Convert warm leads into appointments and sales to meet KPI targets.
• Deliver high standard of customer service aligned with private healthcare expectations.
• Manage and prioritise your own workload effectively.
• Use multiple systems to support enquiry handling and booking processes.
• Promote Spire's values and purpose, contributing to service excellence.
• Operate within a hub supporting a national sales framework with strong communication.
