Job summary

Flourish Education is seeking qualified Primary Supply Teachers in Coventry and surrounding areas to deliver engaging, pre-planned lessons across KS1 and KS2 in a variety of welcoming schools. Work is flexible and can adapt to your schedule, with immediate opportunities throughout the academic year.

Ideal candidates hold QTS and have recent UK primary teaching experience across KS1/KS2, with strong classroom and behaviour management.

Qualifications

• Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Recent experience teaching within UK primary schools.
• Confident teaching across KS1 and KS2.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Enthusiastic, reliable and adaptable.
• Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are warmly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will: Deliver engaging pre‑planned lessons across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Manage behaviour confidently and effectively.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and school leaders.
• Adapt quickly to different classroom settings while maintaining high teaching standards.
