Job summary

Flourish Education is seeking qualified Primary Supply Teachers in Coventry and surrounding areas to deliver engaging, pre-planned lessons across KS1 and KS2 in a variety of welcoming schools. Work is flexible and can adapt to your schedule, with immediate opportunities throughout the academic year.

Ideal candidates hold QTS and have recent UK primary teaching experience across KS1/KS2, with strong classroom and behaviour management.

Qualifications

• Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Recent experience teaching within UK primary schools.
• Confident teaching across KS1 and KS2.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.

We work with a number of welcoming and supportive primary schools, offering day‑to‑day supply roles that allow you to focus on what you do best – inspiring children and delivering engaging lessons – without the additional responsibilities of planning, meetings, data or long‑term commitments.

As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will:
