Job summary

Flourish Education is seeking flexible day-to-day Primary School Teacher assignments in Rugby, starting September. You will deliver engaging lessons aligned to the National Curriculum, with pre-planned resources and PPA cover as needed.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT).
• Experience teaching within a Primary School setting.
• Knowledge of the KS1 and KS2 curriculum.
• Ability to adapt quickly as a Supply Teacher.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to motivate pupils.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons across KS1 and KS2 curriculum.
• Provide PPA cover across primary year groups when required.
• Work collaboratively with other Class Teachers and school staff.
• Ensure the safety, wellbeing and safeguarding of all pupils at all times.
