Job summary

HealthHero Integrated Care is recruiting a Primary Care Centre Assistant (PCCA) to undertake driving, reception and base duties supporting Integrated Urgent Care services across Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin. The role is part-time and permanent, with shift patterns including weekday evenings, weekends and some overnight sessions.

As PCCA you will perform a dual role of driving and reception to ensure smooth operation of treatment centres, NHS 111 referrals, and face-to-face or video

Qualifications

• Proven experience in driving and front-desk reception roles.
• Ability to coordinate care pathways and communicate clearly with patients.

Responsibilities

• Drive to and between treatment centres as part of daily duties.
• Perform reception tasks and handle patient check-in and inquiries.
• Support integrated urgent care services across Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin.

As a result of continued growth, HealthHero are seeking to recruit a Primary Care Centre Assistant (PCCA) to undertake driving, receptionist and base duties to support the delivery of Integrated Urgent Care services across Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin on a part-time, permanent basis. Our shift patterns vary and include weekday evenings, weekends, and a commitment to work some overnight sessions. Please note that shift patterns and rota flexibility can be discussed at the application stage, As an Primary Care Centre Assistant (PCCA), you will be required to undertake a dual role of driving and reception work to support the efficient operation of Integrated Urgent Care services across the Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin locality., Our Integrated Urgent Care services support patients across both localities, providing clinical assessment and urgent care outside normal GP opening hours. Services include:

• Telephone clinical assessment and consultation
• Video consultations
• Face-to-face appointments at our treatment centres
• Home visits for patients unable to travel
• Clinical assessment and advice following NHS 111 referrals
• In-hours care coordination, helping patients and healthcare professionals access the most appropriate care pathway

Our services bring together clinical, operational and care coordination colleagues to deliver responsive, patient-centred care. Whether providing advice remotely, seeing a patient at a treatment centre, coordinating care or visiting them at home, our teams help patients access the right support.
