Job summary

Serve Legal is seeking in-person mystery shoppers to perform ID testing across a range of sites in the UK. This part-time, flexible role involves completing audits with per-audit pay aligned to real living wage, and no obligation to work regularly. Auditors may travel; expenses are covered and bonuses may be earned for outstanding performance.

• Carry out mystery shopper audits at various sites (supermarkets, high-street retailers, betting shops, etc.) and report on the customer experience and ID checks.
