Serve Legal is recruiting for an In-Person Mystery Shopper (ID testing) on a flexible, part-time basis. Auditors perform studies across UK sites, with per-audit pay aligned to Real-Living-Wage rate. Some audits require 18–19-year-old ID verification; other non-age-restricted work is also available.

Qualifications

• Auditing audits at various sites
• Understanding compliance requirements for age-restricted products
• Ability to report audit outcomes clearly and accurately

Responsibilities

• Perform audits at supermarkets, retailers, betting shops and more
• Purchase specified items during audits and report if ID was requested
• Coordinate with Area Managers to receive nearby audits and batch allocations
