Job summary

Serve Legal is seeking an In-Person Mystery Shopper to perform ID testing audits across a range of sites. This part-time, flexible role pays per audit and may be scheduled in batches near you.

Auditors report on the shopping experience and whether ID checks were requested for age-restricted products. We cover the whole UK and Ireland; age-verification audits require 18–19-year-olds, with non-age-restricted work available for others.

Responsibilities

• Perform audits at supermarkets, high-street retailers, betting shops and more.
• Report back on the customer experience, including whether ID was requested for age-verification audits.
• Maintain accuracy and honesty in reporting of audit outcomes.
