Serve Legal is recruiting for an In-Person Mystery Shopper with flexible, part-time hours. Audits cover a variety of sites across the UK and Ireland, including age-verification tasks for 18–19-year-olds, with pay aligned to a Real-Living-Wage hourly rate.

Auditors report on the shopping experience, with bonuses for performance and a Refer a Friend scheme. Travel and expenses are managed by Area Managers to match nearby audits.

Qualifications

• Age 16+ eligibility, but ID verification audits require 18–19-year-olds.
• Flexible, part-time availability to fit around other work or study.
• Willingness to travel across the UK and Ireland to different sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform audits at supermarkets, high-street retailers, betting shops and more.
• Report back on the customer experience and whether ID was requested.
• Keep purchases from audits (up to £40) as freebies where offered.
• Cooperate with Area Managers to schedule nearby audits and manage workload.
