Serve Legal is seeking In-Person Mystery Shoppers to conduct ID-testing audits across supermarkets, retailers, betting shops and more. This part-time, flexible role pays per audit and is designed to fit around other work or education.

Auditors may be invited to age-verification trials requiring 18–19-year-olds, with all other non-age-restricted audits available. We cover the UK and Ireland, and travel expenses are handled to keep communities safe.

Qualifications

• Age restrictions: opportunities for anyone aged 16+, but age-verification audits require 18–19-year-olds.

Responsibilities

• Audits a range of sites (supermarkets, high-street retailers, betting shops, etc.) and reports on the experience.
• Complete audits and report outcomes; audits are allocated in batches near each other with support from Area Managers.
