Serve Legal is seeking an In-Person Mystery Shopper to perform ID testing audits at a range of sites across the UK. The role is part-time and flexible, with pay calculated per audit in line with Real-Living-Wage hourly rates.

Audits may involve age-verification tasks for 18–19-year-olds and are allocated in nearby batches to fit your availability. Auditors report on the customer experience and compliance, with opportunities for performance bonuses and a Refer a Friend scheme.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work part-time hours around other commitments.
• Eligible to work in the UK and willing to perform age-verification audits for 18–19-year-olds.
• Ability to travel across the UK and Ireland as audits are allocated in nearby batches.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person audits at various sites across the UK.
• Purchase required items and report on whether ID was requested.
• Report back on the customer experience and compliance with procedures.
• Coordinate with Area Managers to receive nearby audit batches and schedules.
