Job summary

North Yorkshire Centre for Independent Living in Filey is seeking a part-time Personal Assistant to support an older lady at home. • Experience with caring for people with cognitive impairment preferred.
• English language (preferred).
• Driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nourishing meals and maintain a clean, peaceful and comfortable living environment.
• Do the laundry and help with domestic tasks as needed.
• Support wellbeing through stimulating and creative activities.
• Assist with getting washed and dressed in the morning.
• Help prepare for bed in the early evening.
