Job summary

Places for People in the UK is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor on a fixed-term basis until August 2027. The role is part time, 20 hours per week across three days, with flexible days.

You will coach managers, support change activity, and provide expertise in ER processes, building trusted relationships with operational managers across Places Leisure and Places for People. You must be within a 60-minute commute of Preston or Leeds.

Qualifications

• Experience in Employee Relations or HR with case load management.
• Ability to influence managers and deliver practical solutions.
• CIPD qualification Level 3 or 5 or working toward.

Responsibilities

• Coach line managers to build high-performance teams.
• Support change activities across the business.
• Provide expertise in key ER processes.
• Develop trusted relationships with operational managers.
