Job summary

Bada Bingo is seeking a Customer Assistant for our Barnsley Club on a 20-hour contract with flexible scheduling across 7 days, including evenings and weekends. You will build rapport with customers, provide exceptional service, handle various club duties, and contribute to a safe gambling environment.

The role requires frontline hospitality experience, strong communication, and a willingness to work across multiple areas of the club. Join us to learn, grow, and be part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering first class, personalised customer service in a face-to-face role.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport and relationships with customers.
• Be flexible on tasks across all areas of the Club from front of house, book sales, treasury, machines, the bar area and kitchen including general housekeeping.
• Support with other duties as requested by the line manager.
• Ensuring you create a safer gambling environment for all customers and colleagues across all channels.
