Job summary

Buzz Bingo in Northampton is seeking a Customer Assistant for a 15-hour contract with evening and weekend shifts. You will deliver friendly, personal service, build rapport with customers and help ensure a safe, enjoyable environment across the club.

You will handle cash, follow policies, and support tasks from front of house to bar and kitchen. Training and wellbeing benefits support growth and career development.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering first-class, personalised customer service in a face-to-face role.
• Outstanding communication skills adaptable to different situations.
• Experience of handling cash and basic numeracy knowledge.
• Ability to enforce company policies and standards.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport and relationships with Customers.
• Be flexible across all areas of the Club (front of house, book sales, treasury, machines, bar, kitchen, housekeeping) and maintain high presentation.
• Support with other duties as requested by the line manager.
• Create a Safer Gambling Environment for all customers and colleagues online, in club and live.
