Job summary

Bada Bingo in Borehamwood is seeking a friendly Customer Assistant to provide high-quality service to customers in our club. You will help with front-of-house tasks, maintain a welcoming atmosphere, and support team members across duties.

You will work on a 15-hour contract with full flexibility over seven days, including evenings and weekends, ensuring best practice in customer care and safety within our venue.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering first-class, face-to-face customer service.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with Customers.
• Be flexible across all areas of the Club (front of house, book sales, treasury, machines, bar, kitchen).
• Support with other duties as requested by the line manager.
• Ensure a Safer Gambling Environment for all Customers and Colleagues.
