Bada Bingo in Feltham is seeking a Customer Assistant to deliver first-class service and help create a welcoming, safe and enjoyable club environment. You will work across front of house, sales, bar and kitchen duties as needed, with flexibility to cover evenings, weekends and late nights.

Applicants must be 18+ and passionate about customer care. Your role includes building rapport with customers, maintaining presentation standards, and supporting team tasks while ensuring a safe gambling

• Experience in delivering first-class, personalised customer service in face-to-face roles.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and late nights.
• Applicants must be 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport and relationships with customers.
• Be flexible on tasks across front of house, book sales, treasury, machines, bar and kitchen areas and general housekeeping.
• Support with other duties as requested by the line manager.
• Ensure a safer gambling environment for all customers and colleagues across all channels.
