Job summary

The position requires a driver and offers a 26.5-hour weekly schedule across a range of shifts. We are a not-for-profit provider investing in people and services, with 29 days of annual leave rising to 31.

Qualifications

• Passionate, caring and enthusiastic.
• Good communication with adults with learning disabilities.
• Ability to work in a 24-hour service and shift pattern.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and prepare meals with involvement as needed.
• Support with meals, drinks and daily activities.
• Perform manual handling and assist with medications as required.
• Maintain high-quality records including finances for auditing.
• Help manage money, keep home clean and safe, and liaise with landlord for repairs.
