Job summary

Right at Home UK is seeking part-time carers to provide compassionate in-home care and support to clients in the local area. You will work flexible shifts, including mornings and evenings, with alternate weekends available, and you will be paid for driving mileage.

Training and shadowing are provided to help you feel confident in your role. You’ll be joining a team that prioritises respect, trust, and quality of care, with opportunities for progression and support from managers and colleagues

Qualifications

• Must hold a full, valid UK driving licence.
• Demonstrates genuine compassion and good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings/evenings and alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly companionship and encourage clients to stay active.
• Assist with personal care and promoting independence.
• Help with daily tasks such as housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Administer medication as directed by care plan.
• Take clients to appointments or outings.
