• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients according to provided call lists.
• Deliver scripted messages to promote products/ services, generate interest and answer initial questions.
• Collect and record accurate and detailed information from each call, maintaining proper documentation.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and campaign-based goals.
• Adhere to call scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality interactions.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance communication and sales skills.
