Arlettie, a luxury showroom specialist, invites a motivated retail professional to join its London team. You will support event setup and the initial days of each sale, delivering an exceptional in-store experience and personalised service.

You'll handle stock delivery, merchandising, pricing, and tagging, while maintaining visual standards and building strong client relationships to maximise sales.

Formación

• At least one year of experience in fast-paced retail or hospitality.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong customer service abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with weekly stock delivery and event setup.
• Prepare zoning, merchandising and product categorization.
• Price and tag products for events.
• Welcome and serve customers with an excellent in-store experience.
• Develop client relations through personalized service.
• Cross-sell to maximise sales and hit targets.
• Keep brand knowledge up to date.
• Handle customer complaints in collaboration with management.
• Maintain shop floor and visual displays.
• Help ensure security and reduce theft.

Job Description

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a member of the Arlettie Showroom team, you will work both the event set up on certain sales, and the first days of each sale.

Event Set-up Responsibilities

• Accepting and processing weekly stock delivery
• Preparing the zoning, merchandising and product categorization
• Preparing product pricing and tagging

Event Sales Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve the customers always proving an excellent in-store experience
• Maintain and develop client relations through an individual approach
• Be proactively engaged in cross selling and maximise sales opportunity to achieve sale targets and KPIs
• Ensure to be up to date with brand and product knowledge
• Deal eLectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary
• Ensure to maintain the shop floor and visual display high standard
• Contribute to ensure a high level of security and attentive to prevent product thefts
