Job summary

Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions, part of Spirax Group, is seeking a Production Operative (Braid Rotating) for an on-site role at Bradley Business Park. You will perform winding of braid material, braiding PTFE tubes, and reeling hoses, while adhering to procedures and quality controls.

The role requires teamwork, numeracy, and a hands-on approach to manual work in a manufacturing environment with opportunities for growth and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Must have Production/Factory experience.
• Ability to learn quickly; quality oriented.
• Good level of numeracy and general education.
• Must be a team player.
• Willingness to perform manual work.
• Basic computer skills, Maths and English.

Responsibilities

• Winding of Braid Material.
• Braiding of PTFE Tube and/or other materials.
• Reeling up Hose and/or other material.
• Adhere to correct procedures at all times.
• Ensure that all documentation is correct and completed on time.
• Ensure the correct Quality controls and measurements are adhered to.
• Adhere to safe working practices at all times.
• Perform safety checks and ensure department integrity.
