Watson‑Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions is seeking a Production Operative (Extrusion 2-10) to join our on-site team at Aflex UK. The role involves extrusion work, adherence to procedures, and maintaining quality while supporting health and safety standards.

You will operate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, participate in safety trainings, and contribute to meeting production targets. A competitive hourly rate with shift allowance is offered along with growth opportunities within

Qualifications

• Good level of numeracy and general education.
• Basic knowledge of computers.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to correct procedures.
• Ensure documentation is completed on time.
• Adhere to safe working practices at all times.
• Perform safety checks and operate as trained.
• Ensure 5S in the department.
• Transfer to other areas of the department as requested.
• Keep department machines in good working condition; report major maintenance issues.
• Comply with Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and related regulations.
• Follow Company Safety, Health and Environmental Policies.
• Wear all PPE when applicable.
• Extrusion of PTFE and/or other materials.
• Work is mainly manual handling, some heavy.
