The Old Station Nursery Group is seeking Bank Nursery Practitioners to join our Bampton setting. This casual, flexible role offers shifts around your availability with a supportive team and training opportunities.
Pay ranges from £12.71 to £13.44 per hour, plus an accrued holiday entitlement of 13.54%. Hours are zero-hours, Monday to Friday between 8am–6pm, with on-site duties and DBS checks provided. Sponsorship is not available for this role.

Our Bampton nursery is a small setting nestled in the charming village of Bampton at the end of Bowling Green Close, right next to Bampton Primary School.
As part of our Bank Nursery Team, you’ll support children and colleagues across the nursery as and when needed -whether that’s covering holidays, supporting during busy periods, or helping provide consistency for children when teams need extra support.
No two days are ever quite the same -and that’s part of the joy.
One moment you could be building dens outdoors and the next you’ll be helping bring story time to life.
You’ll support children through play, creativity, curiosity, and connection while helping create a safe, nurturing environment where they feel happy, valued, and confident to explore.
Experience working in a childcare or Early Years setting, aLevel 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification is desirable but not essential.
We’re looking for people with big hearts, curious minds, and a genuine passion for supporting children’s growth and development.
