Job summary

TeacherActive Limited in Solihull is seeking caring Bank Nursery Practitioners to join our friendly team. As a flexible bank staff member, you’ll support nursery operations, help children learn, play, and thrive, and cover shifts as needed.

This role offers flexible hours between 8am–6pm, a competitive hourly pay of £14.25–£16, a welcoming team environment, and opportunities to gain experience across age groups. Start ASAP with safeguarding and DBS compliance.

As a bank staff member, you'll play a vital role in supporting our nursery whenever extra help is needed, creating a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment where children can learn, play, and thrive.

What You'll Be Doing

What We're Looking For

• A relevant childcare qualification is desirable (Level 2 or Level 3), but we also welcome applications from experienced unqualified practitioners, students, or those currently working towards a childcare qualification.
