P & S Care and Support is seeking compassionate Mental Health Support Workers to assist adults across supported living services, respite and community settings. You will help improve wellbeing, build confidence and foster independence through person-centred support.

Roles involve emotional and practical support, daily living assistance, and promoting community involvement. Training and ongoing support will be provided as you join a team dedicated to making a difference in people’s recovery
