Job summary

You will provide person-centred support to help individuals maintain safety, independence and wellbeing. Qualifications

• Caring, reliable and able to work calmly and respectfully in a residential setting.
• Willing to register with SSSC and PVG scheme.
• Good communication skills and IT basics.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support tailored to individual needs.
• Build positive, respectful relationships with service users.
• Contribute to care plans through observation and record keeping.
• Support participation in activities, routines and community life.
• Assist with personal care while promoting independence.
• Administer medication under supervision.
• Work across a range of shifts including evenings, weekends and overnight.
