Turning Point is seeking a Recovery Worker to support adults in Hertfordshire with mental health, substance misuse and other complex needs. You will visit people in their homes or community locations, designing flexible, person-centred support plans to promote wellbeing and recovery, while coordinating with partners and maintaining records.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, a flexible, patient attitude, and good IT and communication skills.

Formación

• Experience in a similar role or degree in mental health.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Be flexible, patient and non-judgemental.

Responsabilidades

• Work in the community with service users to develop flexible, person-centred support plans.
• Maintain effective communication with GPs, Social Services and other professionals.
• Keep accurate records and contribute to service monitoring.
• Handle clinical risk assessments and develop risk management plans.
• Contribute to development and implementation of procedures and policies.
